Today, there is no difference between Trump, XI, and Putin!
All three are autocratic central big government economic planners.
Trump, despite his bogus nationalist rants, is no longer a “conservative;” He is clearly a belligerent “big government” imperial globalist, and the most incompetent of the three major autocrats.
Today, XI has cast himself as the globally cooperative trade multilateralist; Trump is acting like a hostile trade unilateralist.
Trump offers tariff chaos and unpredictability; XI is touring Asia offering non-tariff global trading cooperation.
Trump is using “peace talks” to divide up Ukraine’s natural resources for himself and his ring kissing American tech oligarchs - while giving Russia all the Ukrainian territory they have seized during their 15-year history of invasions.
In Gaza, just as Biden did, Trump is continuing to allow the criminally insane Netanyahu and his genocidal war government to intentionally ignore all negotiated cease fires, which makes Trump complicit in this endless indiscriminate bombing of hospitals, schools, and designated Palestinian safe zones, resulting in the ongoing slaughter of Palestinian children, women, seniors, medical workers, and foreign journalists!
Unfortunately, under all the 21st Century US presidents, American foreign policy has been destructively dictated by the powerful Israeli lobby (AIPAC), which is why the US has essential lost every war we instigated at the behest of Netanyahu and their nation of messianic Zionist extremists.
As a result, the foreign policy focus of Trump will be military arms sales, plain and simple. Trump’s rhetoric about taking over Greenland, the Panama Canal, and even Canada, is pure war mongering!
Trump’s plan to have a huge military parade costing $ Millions of wasted taxpayer dollars shows what an emulator of dictators he is – and what he sees himself needing to do to prove his declining manhood.
One last point about Trump: Because he is a narcissistic conman, all he truly cares about is appearing to be on the winning side. If Ukraine were winning the war, it would be Russia groveling for pieces of the pie. If Israel were losing the war, Netanyahu would be turned over to the International Criminal Court as a war criminal in a flash!
Trump’s Image in the Global Economy
The IMF is now forecasting a multiyear drag on global growth due to the current Trump tariff wars, eyeing the United States with crisis-era caution.
The current level of trade policy uncertainty regarding Trump is particularly alarming.
According to the Economic Policy Uncertainty Index (Stanford University and Northwestern University) this specific metric has spiked to warning levels only witnessed during the peak of the pandemic.
Even before Trump’s stupidly named “Liberation Day” tariff announcements, economic chaos had already surpassed the levels seen during the Great Recession of 2008-2009.
This index further reveals that trade policy uncertainty reached an unprecedented level in the post-World War II era.
The “off the charts” reading, coupled with the IMF’s dire predictions of escalating trade wars and intertwined supply-chain vulnerabilities, underscores the profound disruption and unpredictability that Trump’s 2.0 trade policies are injecting into the global economy, directly impacting American businesses and consumers.
Reports of increasing layoffs, slowing trade activity, and cautious consumer behavior are becoming more frequent.
These early signals hint at a deteriorating economic environment, raising fundamental questions about the resilience of United States isolationism within a changing multilateral global economy.
This uncertainty is having a paralyzing effect on US businesses and consumers, evidenced by the languishing container traffic at the Port of Los Angeles, reminiscent of the worst of the Covid pandemic.
Adding to the concern, traditional recession-fighting tools appear limited, with rising US inflation rates constraining the Federal Reserve’s ability to lower interest rates in a crisis - as most US safety nets are already stretched thin.
This pessimism is further underscored by the unprecedented behavior of global financial markets:
“Fewer than one hundred days into Trump’s presidency, global investors are treating the United States as a poorly managed, crisis-prone, and unstable country, systematically dumping U.S. Treasury bonds and shunning American equity assets—a stark departure from past financial crises when U.S. Treasuries were seen as a haven."
This erosion of trust in U.S. financial investment has significant implications for the cost of borrowing and the overall stability of the American economy.
Summarizing the next four years +
It is imperative that Americans understand what is now happening to our country.
The United States is already a corrupted pay-to-play lobby money political economic system - made worse today with a US economy being operated by a cabal of political and administrative kleptocrats – manipulating the Federal government to enrich a new breed of “toxic masculinity” Wall Street oligarchs, and, of course, Trump and his grifter crime family.
Most relevant, the so-called Doge / Musk Federal government chainsaw anarchy was never about cutting government waste; it is always about cutting out what remains of corporate regulatory oversight and our citizens’ ability to hold corporate greed and incompetence accountable.
Trump himself wants to be the sole arbiter of what laws and policies apply to the US, while his ring kissing MAGA Republican Party, his voter cult, and much of the complacent upper middle class - are willing to let that folly happen.
Welcome to at least 4 years of Trump 2.0 dystopia!
In the next four plus years, Americans need to prepare for some or all the following incidents:
- An increase in public safety and public health disasters.
- More air and rail industrial accidents.
- Declining corporate product quality - and even worse problem-solving customer service.
- An increase in lost or unsent social security, Medicare / Medicaid / disability payments - with inaccessible Agency phone service solutions.
- Increasingly degraded public water and air quality, (but not in high-net-worth communities where wealthy homeowners can afford to pay for private infrastructure).
- Increased violence from deranged or betrayed MAGA voters.
- Increased scapegoating propaganda from the Trump misinformation machine, attempting to hide their endemic incompetence.
- Don’t rely on the Democratic Party; They have been MIA for the last 10 years - obsessed with providing Netanyahu’s Zionist war criminals with carte blanche genocidal weaponry, while blaming China for the accelerating failure of the US economy.
Of course Trump is doing the same thing now regarding Israel - and blaming China for everything that is failing because of our corrupted US economy and our war profiteering foreign policy.
By contrast, China has positioned itself to look like they are doing everything right - 1) promoting global cooperation, 2) funding and assisting in building global trade partner infrastructure, and 3) now reaching out to our fleeing US trading partners - who are no longer willing to trust the belligerent and incompetent Trump Administration.
